Embassy Knowledge Park's Phase 2 will introduce luxurious 4 BHK and 5 BHK villas ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 sq ft. Detailed floor plans have not yet been released, and the villas are currently available through the Expression of Interest (EOI) process.
Under the EOI process, buyers register their interest and reserve their position before the official launch. Final allotments and floor plans are expected after the project receives RERA approval. Beyond larger built-up areas, the villas are expected to offer private gardens, terrace rights, and basement spaces that distinguish them from apartment living.
The overall size of the township has a direct impact on everyday living. Eight towers spread across 55.1 acres provide significantly more breathing space than many conventional high-rise developments.
